Welcome to my Physical Education Page! I hope that you find this page informative as well as inspiring to get outside and get active. My hope is that all students will develop a passion for movement and exercise as well as have a foundation for proper nutrition. In this class we will learn the basic rules and instruction for: spinning, soccer, hockey, basketball, flag football, track and field along with various warm-up and cool-down routines concentrating on core fitness. You'll be pleasantly surprised on how well your fitness develops throughout the school year. We're glad you're here!
